legends are created, not born

in times of extreme adversity (actually usually during the exams lah), there will always be that one smart fella who manages to create something that becomes the stuff of legend.

in my case, it’s a jaw-dropping double egg and ham sandwich. place a fried egg and one slice of fried ham between two slices of toast, one spread with butter, the other with jam. on this sandwich, butter the top and repeat, ending with the jam bread. serve with milk tea.

easy to make and greasy enough to satisfy. the stuff that legends are made of.
